It should be noted that such material does not tolerate high humidity. If water remains on the surface, this can lead to swelling and deformation, which cannot be restored. However, at the same time, the cost of products from laminated chipboard is very budgetary.

The metal is most often used for the manufacture of components and fittings. The frame and legs can be made from it. The material is durable and environmentally friendly. And also there is no doubt about its durability.

Plastic is commonly used to cover countertops. It is quite durable, withstands moisture well, and is not afraid of mechanical stress. These tables can be used outdoors without any problems. The price is usually not too high, while the quality is at the same level.

Very rarely, but nevertheless in individual projects to create tables-books can be used glass. This is due to the fact that this material is very fragile. And the table will have to be periodically disassembled and assembled, respectively, the chance of damaging the surface increases during these manipulations.
