Japan is a unique country that combines strict adherence to tradition and progressive science. The Japanese cosmetics industry produces a wide variety of products, including hair dyes. They contain natural ingredients that do not damage the hair, but make it shiny and silky. Therefore, Japanese hair dyes have become widely known and are now on a par with manufacturers such as Wella, Schwarzkopf.

Manufacturers

Cosmetics from the Land of the Rising Sun have earned the love of consumers because their composition is close to natural, the colors are bright, and the cost is relatively low. Japanese paints are very persistent, paint over gray hair well, wash off evenly. When using Japanese dyes, it must be remembered that manufacturers take into account the persistent hair pigment of the local population, therefore they create strong oxidants to etch the pigment. When using these products, the green color often appears among the representatives of the European race. To avoid this, contact hairdressers who have worked with this product for a long time.

Three Japanese paint manufacturers are known around the world:

  • Lebel;
  • Demi;
  • Bigen

Lebel is easy to find in professional stores, its approximate price will be 1000–1200 rubles, the average cost of an oxidizing agent is 2, 3, 6% - 1400 rubles. Demi and Bigen should be ordered over the Internet, which is not very convenient, since you can buy a fake. The average price of Demi is 600 rubles, Bigen is 500 rubles.

Lebel

Lebel Materia is available in a 250 ml tube. For coloring, you need an oxidizing agent. The darker the original tone, the higher the percentage of oxidizing agent should be taken.

The product has features.

  • Lebel is safe for the hair structure because it contains a small amount of ammonia.
  • The resulting color is rich, bright and incredibly long-lasting, lasts up to 3 months. The pigment is washed out gradually and evenly.
  • Paints gray hair well. Even after 8 weeks, the gray strands retain their pigment and do not stand out.
  • Lipids, which are part of the cream color, restore the structure of the hair, filling in voids and smoothing the scales. Therefore, the curls become shiny and silky.
  • The large number of shades in the Materia palette allows you to choose exactly the one that suits you. The manufacturer has developed a mixing scheme that allows you to make gradients and get extraordinary colors.
  • With Materia paint, a radical change in hair color by 10–12 tones is possible, both towards lightening and darkening.
  • Lebel contains liquid crystals that will give your hair a healthy shine.

The color scheme of the palette is indicated by letters. Shades are presented from dark brown to blonde:

  • brown (warm) - WB;
  • purple - V;
  • red - R;
  • pink - P;
  • orange - O;
  • metallic - MT;
  • matte - M;
  • copper - K;
  • gold - G;
  • brown (cold) - CB;
  • beige - BE;
  • ashy - A.

A number is added to the letters indicating the tone: red, blue, purple, green. This leads to the fact that Lebel has hundreds of shades in its palette. Among them, there will definitely be one that you like.

Demi

CUTRIN REFLECTION - cream paint from the manufacturer Demi. The release form is a 250 ml tube. The average price is 550 rubles.

The paint has a number of properties.

  • The gentle, ammonia-free composition does not damage the hair structure, and the arctic raspberry wax moisturizes them and creates a protective film, thanks to which the curls acquire a healthy shine.
  • Keratin adds volume to the hairstyle, and also has a regenerating effect if the hair is weakened or damaged.
  • After staining, you get a long-lasting and rich shade that will delight you for at least 8 weeks.
  • The complex of vitamins nourishes the scalp and follicles, which strengthens the hair, helps the growth of new ones.
  • A wide range of colors, which includes at least 57 shades, allows you to choose exactly the color that suits you. Both light and dark colors are presented, as well as various bright dyes (red, violet, burgundy).

The palette has an alphanumeric designation from 10 to 00.10 - light shades, 1.0 - black, 0 - toners and mixes.

Bigen

HOYU is a gentle paint from Bigen. This paint is available in the form of a powder, which must be diluted with plain cooled boiled water. You will also find a bottle and a measuring cup in the package. For a creamy consistency, you need about 5 measuring cups. You can adjust the density yourself and prepare the solution you are used to working with. The average price in Russia is 400 rubles. Distinctive features of the paint:

  • complete absence of ammonia, which allows staining for people with hypersensitivity to it, as well as for pregnant women;
  • the consistency of the paint allows for an even distribution over the hair, even for a non-professional;
  • the vitamin and mineral complex included in the composition moisturizes and nourishes your curls.

Hoyu does not have such a rich palette of shades: only 11 colors. This is due to the absence of an oxidizing agent, which does not allow lightening hair, creating bright shades. Colors are marked with numbers that are printed on the box.

  • 96 - rich burgundy;
  • 88 - black with blue;
  • 59 - oriental black;
  • 58 - brown-black;
  • 57 - brown (dark);
  • 56 - rich brown;
  • 48 - chestnut (dark);
  • 47 - chestnut;
  • 46 - chestnut (light);
  • 45 - chocolate;
  • 26 - brown gold.

Mode of application

Before using Japanese paint, familiarize yourself with the painting technique. You will not find a translation into Russian in the instructions, but sometimes pictures are printed, explanatory rules.

  • Carry out an allergy test a few days before staining. To do this, apply a small amount of paint to the back of the forearm. If the skin becomes red or itchy, it is best to skip the procedure.
  • It is best to apply the dye on hair that has not been washed for 2 days. This will somewhat soften the aggressive effects of the oxidizer and not harm the curls.
  • It is necessary to start staining from the back of the head with the transition to the parietal zone, and then to the temporal areas. The bangs are the last to be painted. When you have colored the roots, apply the composition to the entire length of the hair and distribute evenly. To do this, use a comb.
  • Japanese paints do not require covering, just keep the composition on the head for the time indicated in the instructions.
  • Then rinse the dye from your hair, use shampoo if necessary. The water that flows down from the head should be clear.
  • Finally, you can apply a conditioner balm. It is best if it is of the same company as the dye composition.
  • Let your curls dry. Do not use a hair dryer. When it dries naturally, the pigment particles will tightly clog the pores of the hair.

The products have contraindications:

  • allergic reactions to paint components;
  • scalp eczema, fungal scalp lesions;
  • mechanical damage to the scalp.

Reviews

Reviews of cream paints from Japanese manufacturers are mostly enthusiastic. Consumers note durability and color saturation. Hair when using Lebel, Demi and Bigen is not exposed to aggressive chemical attack, and natural ingredients nourish and strengthen them. Of the negative points, it is most often mentioned that Demi, Bigen cannot be found even in professional stores, so you have to order via the Internet.

And also Lebel has a rather high price, but it is justified by its good quality and its incredible durability.
