The previously famous figure skater and wife of the press secretary of the Russian president TAtyana Navka celebrated Yoga Day in a peculiar way... At 44, Tatiana showed excellent physical shape and performed a very dangerous exercise, standing on nails.
For many years Navka has been promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. The mother of two daughters keeps fit with regular workouts in the gym, visits the skating rink and the pool, and is also a fan of yoga.
Many noted that it is almost impossible to watch Navka stand with her bare feet on the planks into which sharp nails are driven without shuddering. And certainly there is no desire to repeat the exercise on your own.
Tatyana herself noted that standing on sharp objects improves blood supply to the feet, relieves stress and improves metabolism, gives an incentive to fight and gives strength.
Navka is no stranger to fighting. In addition to her glorious victories on the ice, there are legends about her personal life. And she herself does not deny that the hardest struggle of her life was associated with the struggle for personal happiness.
In 2000, Tatiana married her own coach. Alexandra Zhulina... They had a daughter. Six years later, Tatiana decided to leave the USA, where she lived, back to Moscow and take part in the "Stars on Ice" project. In 2010, the couple announced their divorce.
Long Navka attributed novels with actor Marat Basharov and singer Alexei Vorobyov... But unexpectedly for everyone, in 2014, Navka gave birth to her second daughter, whose father was Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of Vladimir Putin. A year later, Tatiana and Dmitry were officially married.
In addition to yoga, Tatyana has repeatedly admitted that she wants to act in films and dreams of learning to sing in order to perform on the professional stage at least once, like a real singer. Today Navka is considered the richest Kremlin wife - her income for the last year, according to the tax return, exceeded 218 million rubles.
