Nutritionist Olga Dekker talked to the Zvezda TV channel, where she talked about the healthiest soups. The main thing is that their preparation does not take much time, and the ingredients included in the soup are inexpensive.

Vegetable and lentil soups are the healthiest

The first thing the nutritionist mentioned was lentil soup. She stressed that it is rich in protein. “The soup contains only 12 amino acids, but it can be diluted by adding meat to it,” Decker said.

In addition, lentil soup is excellent for strengthening the immune system.

The second place went to vegetable soup with meat. At the same time, it does not matter what vegetables are used for its preparation: fresh or frozen.

“If I cooked soup for myself, I would add zucchini, green beans and, perhaps, celery. That is, the smallest of the group of carbohydrates. And also a small piece of meat will come in handy, ”Olga added.
