"Naked" manicure - experts told about the new nail trend

Don't be fooled by the name - "Naked" manicure... In fact, you do not need to expose anything, except for individual fragments of the nail plate. This particular manicure was named one of the most interesting new nail trends. It is based on the well-forgotten old, classic for all time - french.

French appeared almost three decades ago, but it does not lose its relevance to this day. However, the designers were able to supplement, think over and make improvements to the usual jacket. So a new trend appeared, which, according to stylists, is great for both summer and the coming autumn.

"Naked" manicure is a fashionable type of nail art, which consists in creating a clear geometric pattern with colored varnishes. But not the entire nail plate is varnished, but only part of it. Jeff Pink, the founder of the ORLY brand, talks about this.

It is not difficult to make such an image. There are two main ways. In the first case, a layer of transparent varnish is initially applied to the nail plate, and only then the master can experiment with colored geometric patterns. This is done with a thin brush. In the second case, a special stencil made of adhesive tape is used.

It is attached to the nail plate, outlining the outline of the future pattern, and then the nail is painted over the stencil in the usual way. The stencil is removed. If the first method is difficult to perform without a qualified master with good artistic inclinations, then the second is quite accessible to everyone, not only in salons, but also at home.

Stylists call "naked" manicure negative space... And it clearly shows French manicure trends, invented by Jeff Pink. By the way, it happened quite by accident. Jeff was asked for a little favor by a stylist friend who worked in Hollywood on the images of movie heroes and movie heroines.

The stylist needed to come up with a nail cover that could easily be adapted to any female image, because during the filming of different scenes, the actresses had to repaint their nails several times to match the characters. This was time consuming. A universal manicure would solve this problem. And I decided. French manicure is loved by everyone and became one of the most successful nail threads in history.

Whether its current modified version will have the same long lifespan is difficult to predict. "Naked" manicure cannot be called universal, and you can hardly apply it to any image. Such a manicure perfectly decorate and complement the image of the ladies, those who have gathered for a friendly party, on vacation, working in the field of culture and mass entertainment, for sports, active and mobile persons who are not supporters of a strict style of dress.
