She happily shared 5 of the Princess of Wales' favorite exercises. You can do them every day to get your body in order.

Push ups

Push-ups help you achieve perfect posture and work your arms well. You need to stand on the mat, put your hands on it, straighten your legs and strain your buttocks well. The back during push-ups should be flat. Use your hands to lift off the floor and return to the starting position. In total, you need to do 2 sets of 10 repetitions.

Squats

They are good because anyone can do them. There are even techniques for losing weight in the thighs, which include only squats. You need to stand up with your feet slightly spread across the width of your shoulders and point your socks out. It is necessary to squeeze the buttocks when raising and lowering the body. It is optimal to do 2 sets of 15 squats.

Exercise for a beautiful back

Spread your arms out to the sides and squeeze your shoulder blades as much as possible. You can even imagine that you are squeezing something with them. It is best to do this exercise several times a day. Over time, you will notice changes for the better - your back will take on a beautiful appearance.

For hands and feet

Lie on the floor and squeeze your hands behind your head. Bend your left leg slightly and lift it off the floor 10 cm. Now lift your shoulders and head off the floor and move your upper body to the left. Next, raise and lower your upper body at your left leg. The main thing is to feel how the abdominal muscles are tense, this is an exercise for the press. In total, you need to do 20 exercises: one approach to the left leg, the second to the right.
