In two clicks: Belarusian specialists have created a smart neural network that recognizes clothes
Created in Belarus a revolutionary neural network for the fashion world, able to understand what a person is wearing, and where you can buy or order the same or similar. And now you can easily create individual images for your favorite strangers.
For example, on TV or on the street you saw a woman in a beautiful dress and wanted the same or similar. You just need to point your smartphone or tablet camera and take a picture.
This image is loaded into the neural network and after a few seconds a list of stores, sites with prices for the same dress will appear on the screen, and if the same is not exactly the same, then the program will offer similar options for outfits, again indicating the places where they are sold and their prices ...
The first pilot project of the application has already been launched. It was highly praised by fashion designers and designers all over the world, since the program, in addition to shopping, can also offer some advice on which shoes, for example, are more suitable for the dress you were looking for.
The neural network tips are quite sensible and valuable, stylists believe, they do not contradict the canons of fashion and trends. But the choice remains not with robots, but with people.
So far, the neural network helps only in matters of finding clothes and shoes. But soon the developers plan to teach her to look for furniture, gadgets, cars and even food.
The idea of the Belarusians won first place at the international exhibition of IT innovations held in Barcelona.
