The woman created the outfit herself. On the dress - an unusual print from a great variety of different license plates. And when another road camera tries to fix Rose's car numbers, it invariably starts to "glitch" and "hang", since a huge number of license plates gets into the camera at the same time.

Having tested her dress in combat, making sure that it effectively resists traffic cameras, the woman decided to become a designer and released a whole line of outfits called Adversarial Fashion.

The program that controls the surveillance cameras on the roads cannot figure out which of the numbers that come into the camera's field of view is the true one. So, one of the women in such a dress, who simply crossed the street on foot, was identified by cameras as "a blue motorcycle with a state number PPRDRTED, owned by a citizen of PEOPL California."

There has never been and never has been such a motorcycle or such a citizen. And the failure, experts say, became possible due to the fact that cameras enter non-existent numbers into the base on their own, and this does not always happen correctly - the technique, which really does not need it. However, the police consider Rose's invention harmful and dangerous. It can lead to oversaturation of the database, confusion, slow processing of citizens' requests and even global failures of the state video registration system.

But the woman did not seem to have done anything illegal, and therefore no one can hold her accountable for the invented dress. For now, anyway.
