The woman owes 780,000 rubles for alimony and hid from the bailiffs in the cellar
A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory really did not want to communicate with the bailiffs and decided to hide in the cellar. However, no matter how she tried to avoid meeting them, the bailiffs found her.
“She is hiding in the yard,” a relative of the woman told the bailiffs.
As it turned out, the mother had not paid alimony to her three children for many years, and she had accumulated a debt of 780,000 rubles. The woman was deprived of parental rights, so her case went under article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The woman spent 12 days, according to the law, in prison, but she is not going to repay the debt.
The FSSP officers went to her home, and a relative told about her whereabouts: "She is hiding in her yard."
The woman was indeed there - she was hiding in the cellar. The bailiffs talked to her, and then sent the case with the indictment to the court.
