Not only men, but also women can realize themselves in the military sphere in modern Russian society. The many advantages of military service, a wide range of specialties and areas of training - all this, of course, attracts women to link their careers with the domestic military service.

Advantages and disadvantages

As with any professional field, the military professions for women have their merits and demerits.

The dignity of military service.

  • Decent level of remuneration. The level of remuneration of the military is constantly growing and, which is important, depends on the person himself, that is, it is a secured career growth. The salary grows with an increase in rank, length of service, as well as service feats.
  • Relatively high level of insurance pension payments from the state.
  • Government payments (reduced mortgage and loan rates, subsidies to young families, housing, etc.). The military is supported by the state, so there are a lot of programs for their support.
  • The onset of pension in 12-25 years, depending on the specialty. In connection with the latest pension reforms, the prospect of retirement before the age of 60-65 is very tempting.
  • Stability. Unfortunately, the unemployment rate is growing, it is becoming more difficult to find a decent job, but this does not apply to military personnel.
  • Respect in society and honor. Military service has always been respected, because the military is a reflection of the honor and dignity of the country.

Disadvantages.

  • Danger of performing their duties. The service is indeed dangerous, but part of the female military profession is working with documents or, for example, with the civilian population.
  • Frequent change of residence. In connection with the service, the military can be transferred from one place to another, which somewhat complicates family life and raising children.
  • Hard rules. Not all women are able to observe strict rules and live by them, it is worth thinking about this before choosing a profession.
  • Psychological aspects. Being a soldier can be psychologically difficult for a woman: a high level of stress, a huge responsibility.
  • Physical exercise. The training of military personnel presupposes excellent physical fitness, but not all girls are physically hardy.

In spite of everything, disadvantages will not become an obstacle if the level of motivation is high.

List of professions

There are a lot of military professions for women, they can be conditionally divided into groups: driving, special purpose, technological, camera.

Driving

A modern girl with category A, B, C, D rights can safely apply for the position of a driver, having undergone proper training. Undoubtedly, the work of a military driver can not be called a woman's, but it, without a doubt, can be called in demand.

A special-purpose driving profession can be obtained in several directions: a driver-mechanic, a driver of military equipment, a pilot.

Special purpose

Special purpose female military professions include: sapper, reconnaissance officer, special forces soldier. Some of the most difficult and highly paid professions, including affordable women, require special training, especially physical training. Representatives of these professions must have impeccable training for admission to service. Service in special forces and intelligence is also the most dangerous.

Technological specialties

During the development of technology, professions in this area are also in demand. Specialists in this field are trained in several areas: engineering, aircraft construction, ballistics, air navigation, innovation, bioengineering, information security and much more.

Work in these areas is associated with the development and commissioning of weapons, vehicles, aviation.

Operator's

The main task of the operator is the skillful management of technologies: machines, machines, computers, etc. Female operators must have a high level of focus, discipline and a strong sense of responsibility. Military professions

A fairly large number of civilian professions are also in demand in the military sphere. These include doctors, translators, diplomats, journalists. The military sphere is not isolated from everyone else, which means that military enterprises also need personnel.
