Among the wide variety of cosmetic products for washing and removing make-up, oils are distinguished by their natural composition. But many women, especially those with oily skin, have many questions about their use. Let's try to figure it out.

Peculiarities

Most skin cleansers work aggressively, thus provoking even more sebum production (for oily skin types) or overdrying the already sensitive dermis. That's why for proper care of the epidermis, it is necessary to use products with a non-aggressive effect, which perfectly cleanse, but at the same time do not make it too dry... Thus, the fat balance of the dermis is restored over time, and many problems disappear. Washing and removing make-up with oil can be attributed to similar care options.

When applied to the skin, the oil combines with sebum and impurities, and then along with them is easily removed from the surface of the dermis. In addition, make-up residues dissolve and are removed along with the oil. Oil washing, in addition to cleansing, additionally protects the skin without disturbing the water-lipid barrier.

Plus, the dermis also receives good hydration, which is necessary for any skin type. This type of cleansing is suitable for all types of skin, as long as the oil is natural, without additives.

When choosing such products, you should carefully read the composition, since a variety of oils are on sale, for example, Korean hydrophilic oils, which contain polysorbates or other unnatural components in their composition.

Advantages and disadvantages

Like any product, oils for washing have their pros and cons. Among the advantages of this product are the following characteristics:

  • extremely effective cleansing of the facial skin from any impurities, makeup residues and excess sebum;
  • reduction of irritation;
  • respect for the dermis;
  • the steaming effect helps to cleanse the surface of the epidermis;
  • delicate removal of makeup without stretching the skin;
  • lack of feeling of tightness after washing;
  • micromassage effect;
  • long-term feeling of freshness;
  • renewal of the water-lipid film on the skin surface;
  • the dermis receives additional nourishment due to natural ingredients;
  • after application, the skin becomes velvety and looks healthy.

Among the shortcomings, one can note the need for an adaptation period when switching to washing with oil, especially for owners of oily skin. At first, the condition of the dermis on the face may worsen, but do not worry, after a while the skin will take on a fresher look and the effective effect of the oils can be seen.

Washing can be done after the skin has been steamed, but it is not necessary to steam in general. The main thing is to use a quality natural product. Before using any oil, it is imperative to test for allergic reactions.

The process for using the cleanser is as follows:

  1. before application, the skin should be warmed up with massage movements for about a minute;
  2. apply a little oil on a napkin and spread over the surface;
  3. put the napkin on your face, hold it a little and massage with your fingertips all over the face;
  4. apply wipes soaked in oil to the eye area and hold for about a minute, during which time the cosmetics will dissolve;
  5. then gently wipe the eyelids with a napkin (eyes should be closed);
  6. to remove mascara, it is worth running a napkin soaked in the product along the eyelashes in the direction from top to bottom.

Repeat the procedure if necessary. The remnants of makeup near the eyelashes can be removed with a cotton swab dipped in oil.

    You can apply the product in another way:

    1. apply oil on the fingertips and warm it up slightly by rubbing;
    2. apply to the skin of the face with massage movements;
    3. hold for a few minutes;
    4. moisten a towel or napkin with hot water and put on your face;
    5. when it cools down, repeat the procedure;
    6. do this until the face is clean of oil.

    After this procedure, there is no need to apply a moisturizer. Oil mixtures can be stored without a refrigerator, it is only important that they are not exposed to sunlight.
